Waiting for service for almost two weeks!

I am a resident and fellow user of Telkom's service. I live with my parents and for a while we have noticed that the landline we have in our home is not working AT ALL. I have personally reported the problem via SMS and my father has logged a repair query with Telkom for over 2 WEEKS AGO! Up until today, 30 January 2014 we have not received ANY technical support or a serviceman to assist with the problem. What are we supposed to do now? Our account is not even 1 month in arrears but this is the service we get? Is Telkom going to deduct 2 weeks line rental from our monthly account? This is absolutely ridiculous.
