How long is it going to take??

Tomorrow will be a week since my ADSL stopped working at home, all i get from the call centre is that they are busy dealing with a backlog.. no one can give me any actual date of when a technician will be dispatched. i find this TOTALLY unacceptable, its not my problem if you dont have enough technicians, please can someone contact me to arrange my repair ASAP.
