STILL AWAIT VODACOM TO RESPOND ON MY QUERY

Hi, 2 weeks back i had written a complain about vodacom an up to now i have not received any joy. i feel that my matter is taken lightly and vodacom is still beating around the bush i feel that they not trying to solve the matter at all.
