Guaranteed 4Mbps line? I think not!

After probably a dozen calls made the past month, I have now lost my sense of humor with Telkom's so-called guaranteed 4Mbps line! How many calls do we have to make (for which we held on for no less than 20-30 min at a time each time before being answered), costing hundreds of R', IN ADDITION to what we are already paying for a service we DON'T receive!!! Tonight we called again, holding for 35min, explaining for the umpteenth time what our issue is, only to be told there is nothing that could be done at this time! Who is going to resolve this and more importantly, give us a refund for service not rendered as agreed??? This is appalling to say the least!
