On 8Jan I logged a ticket because for countless months I have been shaped to 18.8% Download (i.e can only use 18.8% of bandwidth of 4Mbps Uncapped Bundle package, excl Youtube, YT has priority so I've been told). The call was logged in order to get an explanation on why and what this 18% shaping is about because for the last few months I have been shaped on this 18%. I maybe get unshaped for 2-5days in the beginning of a month. So I get this generic response from the support ticket and I ask for it to be explained and escalated, I was told it would be escalated to the DEV team. So a week or 2 go by and I decide to respond on the call to find out why it's gone cold, again I receive this generic response about load. (So, we won't answer your question about why? but we will feed you some bull to keep you quiet). Today I decide to try "Live Online Support" right, haha, what a mistake. I asked the tech to get a manager to phone me however the response I got was "There's no management available to speak to", so I asked the person to send a note to whom ever to call me before 12 (lunch today), again no call. Blatant disregard for client sat or punctuality. NO HELP. Support has failed.
