SUSPENSION OF CONTRACT

I HAVE SUSPENDED MY CONTRACT WITH AUTOPAGE IN THE BEGINNING OF THIS YEAR AND SPECIFICALLY ASK TO BE SUSPENDED BY THE 28 OF JANUARY 2014. MY PHONE WAS SUSPENDED BY THE 18 OF JAUNUARY WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. I HAVE A BUSINESS AND NEED TO GET MY MAILS AND BANKING. I AM PHONING THE CENTURION BRANCH FOR THE LAST 3 DAYS TO LEAVE MASSAGES FOR RODNEY TO PHONE ME BACK, BUT NO RESPONSE. I HAVE LEFT A MESSAGE AGAIN AND STILL NO RESPONSE.
I ALSO WENT TO THE BRANCH LAST WEEK TO PUT MY COMPLAINT IN DIRECT TO A PERSON - THERE WAS NO AT THE COUNTER TO HELP, I WAS STANDING THERE FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES, NO ONE EVEN BOTHER TO LIFT THERE FACES TO SEE WHO IS AT THE DESK.. I LEFT AND WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY. STILL THE PERSON HELPING ME SAID THERE IS NOTHING CAN DO BECAUSE IT IS SATURDAY - I MUST COME BACK ON MONDAY. NOT EVEN IF HE CAN PHONE ME BACK OR HELP ME OVER THE PHONE ON MONDAY!
I AM CURRENTLY STILL AWAITING ANY RESPONSE.
