POOR SERVICE!!! NO FEEDBACK!!!

I took out a deal with mweb R89pm 2gb data with a free dongle. I got great service till after i signed the deal. I phoned on friday to check up on my order i was promised by gideon or someone like that he would phone me back before close of buss. No reply. I phoned monday spoke to brenda also promised she will phone back before end of day no response. I received a wifi router and extender and no dongle or simcard on monday. I queried with lorenzo he was going to phone back in 3minutes no joy. I had to follow up all the time. Was told matter has been escalated to his manager who will get back to me. Phoned call centre tuesday again they promised me the manager will call me back. It is wednesday already still i received no feedback as to why i received incorrect order and when my dongle will arrive. Mweb has probably debited my account already yet i still havent received my product!!! I am really upset. I asked lorenzo several times to contact genevieve who also want to take out a deal like mine he has not phoned her. I need feedback asap and i need my dongle asap!!! :-(
