Avoid Randi while visiting Sandton City store her service is absolutely appalling, continuous giving me the wrong information when taking out a contract. When I called her twice yesterday and asked her to get the store manager to call me so I can get the correct information for porting my number it was ignored. I called late yesterday afternoon and spoke to Zack and he never received the message. Telkom unlimited plan for R1199.00 sounds like a great deal but to actually switch over to their network might not be as easy as you think if you get someone in store like Randi who is not trained.
