Suspension

I have 3 websites hosted by Afrihost.
Two of them are paid yearly in advance. Both of these have been suspended at different times due to Afrihost claiming they Then I was told in arrears.
The latest suspension being today.
Called the accounts department. Was told that it is in arrears, I stated that in actual fact it was paid up until 2014.
Then I was told that the 3rd one (which i had cancelled) was in arrears, and if 1 is in arrears then all gets suspended. If that is the case why is my 1st website still functioning? How can a website that has been paid be suspended if as they claim another one is in arrears?
Previously I did lay a complaint with the ISPSA but I see that nothing has changed with Afrihost.
On my third call to the accounts department I asked to speak to the Manager. I was told that she is on a call and will call me back. Details were taken.
I am still waiting for that call.
