Called for the umteenth time to cancel my number that still was not done.
I was pleasantly greeted by Thapelo who helped me with my problem and gave me a reference and explained that it could only be done end of Jan 2014.
Now Auto page if only your reps and the rest of the people I dealt with had the same passion as Thapelo did when I was helped by him you would not have lost 3 contracts. IF YOU HAD MORE STAFF LIKE HIM YOU WOULD BE GAINING BUSINESS NOT LOSING IT.
