Taking too long to install a business line

Logistic Service (Ref: 92146922A) Ck: 2007/051815/23, We applied for a
fax line 10-012014, and we were given a seven day period to pay R700
which was paid on the 17-01-2014, and same day we called to inform them
of the payment the call centre lady said they will send an e-mail that
never came, following week I called again to told the information was
not captured so they will inform us by sms and e-mail which never came,
today 28-01-2014 I called again and the lady told me that they have
scheduled the line installation on the 7-02-2014, I mean really it is a
business line and we are dealing with the contracts of the government
they fax us and we fax back so they wanted us to have a landline in
order for them to send through the quotations, now we have lost 3
contracts due to Telkom failure to install the line, why the 7th this is
a business we are loosing money yet the service is not up to standard.
Please may somebody help. I am the secretary of the company and acting
on behalf of my boss
