I was told when i signed up for the topup contract that i will only pay R193 (including insurance) each month and receive R100 airtime. the first month the right ammount was deducted but last month R693 was deducted. How is it possible that R400 can just be taken like that. in fact.
This is completely unacceptable and i want an immediate refund of my money.
