Received sms that case 7387141 - my 8-ta complaint on Hellopeter is resolved. After calling I was told it is still being investigated. As is case 7132506. I will not be paying my account on 31.01 until this matter is finally resolved

Even Hellopeter does not seem to phase 8-ta.
