I took my cellphone for repairs on the 10th of January 2014, the agreement I signed said it will be back within 15 calendar days. Today the 28th of Janaury 2014 I called Hatfield branch to find out if it's not yet back they said I should come to the branch to find. Do I have to go up and down and to the stores to be helped can't I give them an Id number or tracking number to check. I do not have the money to run up and down to Cell stores. I gave them an alternative number for them to update me. Other network providers give you an update from the moment your cellphone leaves the stores, when it reaches the repairs department until it is back to the branch maybe Cell c should try that as well.
