Cell C
Waiting for over a year now!!!

So yet another month has passed and I have had no one from CellC even call me or try to help me. I started logging these issues with them over a year ago and to date I have not had a single response. I dial their call center and they give me a nice ref number and I never hear from them again. Oh and this is after about an hour on the line each time.

I log a complaint on here and I get promised Mbongeni will help me, he sends me one mail, I reply and never hear from him again. Nothing new. He is as useless as everyone else at CellC.

Last month I phoned again and asked for a supervisor or manager and I get put through to Marvin. I explain my year's agony to him and he promises to hand it over to one of their Network Managers. Of course I never hear from Marvin or this so called Manager. With staff as great at this it is no wonder nothing ever gets sorted out. Why even have technical employees in the first place if they are all more useless than their peers?

So to anyone ever thinking about going to CellC. Don't. Ignore their great call rates and promises of great service and fast data. It is all a lie. Never have I received such bad service from a company.
