I am not going to bore everyone with my personal issue, it simply comes down to another large company willing to lose a loyal customer just for a quick sale and no interest in the matter at hand after the contract has been signed. Happy and quick to to get a consumer to sign on the dotted line but no one care when you come back with genuine concerns about being misled and not being able to afford the product that you have been sold. I am a responsible individual and the very same day after having my device activated i raised my concern about not being able to afford the handset i was advised on due to being misled or under informed about the product. Now no one cares: "sorry, you signed, now you must suffer for 2 years on a contract that you cant afford because you were misled, thats that", no matter that i have had 2 cell phone contracts with Vodacom for close to 10 years and always upgrade with them and have never ever missed 1 payment or had a days hassle with them. As usual, when they need you they the best service provider in the world but when you need them you just an insignificant being that doesnt matter. Complaint logged last week, not one call back.
