I placed a complaint on HelloPeter last week regarding our Telkom business account hoping this would inspire rapid results. Two days later I received a very stiff and automated response to acknowledge the matter. I expressed gratitude at the response and a hope that I would be kept in the loop. a few days later I received another mail witha reference number. No further feedback. This morning I sent a mail to ask for a contact number to try to sort out the issues since we are intent on sorting out the problem because, believe or not, we would like to make further use of Telkom's services. Absolutely no response. Ftom the get-go I have come up against a brick wall. I have tried to sort this matter out telephonically, to no avail. I went into the Centurion branch and spent 2 hours trying to get this matter sorted. I was met with Mzwandile Chirwa who on behalf of Telkom did not express 1 iota of regret at my struggle. I made contact with Yogen Gengan per mail and per telephone - Centurion manager. She has yet to return a call or a mail despite committing to do so. HelloPeter, an absolute last resort for poor service, and yet I am still left in the dark. Service anyone? Not.
