I just want to compliment Chantel Gibson at Outsurance Pretoria for how she so wonderfully handled my situation that im unfortunately still experiencing at my current very unprofessional insurance provider. She patiently listened to all of my complaints and pains i have on my current insurance provider and very quickly and efficiently provided me with solutions that Outsurance offers, solutions and policies that i am happy with.
Chantel even in all my current dilemma got me laughing and enjoying my day. I have taken insurance out with Outsurance for another vehicle of mine due to her wonderful character how he she professionally portrays herself and the professional institution she works for. I will happily and gladly work with Chantel Gibson again.
