Opened a new contract. Need to approve

I went in to the main Mtn centre today for a new contract. Not only did they mess up my other phone with their insurance policy but then I can only get my phone win 72 hours to be approved. What bs is this? You want to go there. Get a new phone the same day. I've been phone-less for about 2.5 weeks now. I absolutely need a phone. And now I have to wait. This is so frustrating.
