On hold for more than 20 minutes or longe

We had our DSL line installed on Friday and we tried phoning the internet department only to be put on hold for a period of 20 minutes or longer. We have tried on three occasions, even go into a Telkom shop to get a user and password to activate our account but with no success because we are still waiting to get through to internet department.
