NOBODY ANSWERS

I have been trying to get through to Telkom for weeks. I need to move/cancel my line as I'm moving at the end of the week. Nobody answers the phone at the call centre. I've been on hold for 30 minutes at a time before the call drops.

PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY GET BACK TO ME!!!??? THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
