Discount suddenly removed

For the past year I have had a discount on my 75 MB bundle, now, in January 2014, with no notice at all, this discount suddenly vanishes. I phoned the support center 808 number, but after waiting for about 10 minutes for someone to answer, I gave up. It is very frustrating not to be able to speak to anyone.
