Cell C
6 weeks to repair IPhone and still waiting!

I handed my IPhone 5 into cellc VA Waterfront on 18 December 2013 and they still have not repaired or replaced it... I keep getting false promises from the Cell C repairs department... We pay for a business contract and I find it absolutely ridiculous that it can take this long (6 weeks and counting) to repair a phone! And adding to that the fact that we continue to pay for the contract which we cannot completely use whilst cellc drag their feet... Shocking customer service!
