I cannot get my ADSL line back

I have cancelled my service in November 2012, completed an d submitted the cancellation document on 3rd December 2012 but to date i have no control over my line and it is not being paid either. I logged a call yesterday asking why this has not been transferred and for feedback within 24 hours. The silence is deafening. Please MWEB, return what is mine. This is my second complaint in as many weeks. Seems like the only way to get action from MWEB is via Hellopete
