So after no reply from my first complaint I have feedback that I was unhappy. Within 2 hrs I has a phone call. I felt hopeful that all could be resolved. But unsurprisingly not! So we seems to have been helped. Although now I needed to go to Nashua mobile store to have our modem unlocked- not something that could be done in the phone apparently. When I get there the asssistant gets on the phone- yes it is done over the phone- unnecessary trip 1. But now I find out that actually we were sent the wrong modem, so it is now being sent away for repairs. So from having internet I know have no internet and no-one can tell me how long it will be. I have been assured it has been escalated- however in the past and for a cell phone it means 30 days. Does that mean for 30 days I can send no accounts out as we are internet based? No accounts means no cash flow. They are ridiculous. This is one of 3 current problems worth Nashua mobile. None of which are being resolved! I think it shouts loud and clear change service providers! Unfortunately not until contract is expired. I am stuck! Poor service benefits the supplier only. Oh and while I was here in my queue- famius words "it's not my fault"
