Since November I have been trying to plan ahead for my expenses while my miracle baby was being born in December. I have 2 contracts with Auto page and been a customer for almost 10 years! I have religiously taken each upgrade and each time forgiven you for poor customer service but this time I am tired of this and giving you a last chance to correct it. No one is getting back to me regarding a down grade for my one contract. Everyone is working of what the "system" says. Where is the humanity in understanding by law you entitled to 4 months maternity leave & knowing you do not earn a full salary & in my case commission too. I have asked for a down grade to at least save a R1000 a month and Autopage instead just disconnect me when I pay one day late & leave me stuck without a phone for 2 days at times. You are not the only account I have & where is my NCA and CPA right to adjust your expenses according to affordability? I have not asked for much but customer service and not talking to a "system" I truly hope that someone human will contact me!
