No help from Centre

Good day

it is with great sadness I have to report that after a 72 hour promise from the call centre I still have not received help on sending a sms or mms...

I still can not communicate with anyone via the sms service very sad that now that I called for the 2nd time im told to wait another 27 hours for what?

I too am a paying customer why should I receive this bad service
