I upgraded my contract in June 2013 to a different package - I am still waiting for Telkom Mobile to process this - I am still being billed for my old contract and according to them am on a month to month basis currently. No one is sorting this out and I am being billed for a contract much higher than the one that I have signed for in June 2013. I am fed up!!
