On the 12 December 2013 we had arranged to get Telkom ADSL the consultant said she would confirm as to wben they would be installing our line after a week we are still awaiting a response fromTELKOM after calling in numerous times to no feedback all that is said is that our order is sitting in the network and cabling department Ive tried calling the bead office but no answer, now we not even clients yet and this is the service we receive, frankly this is not the way I would like to start our business partnership as this is utter disgusting... we have therefor decided to go a different route as well as make it known to all our friends and family and work place that Telkom is not the appropriate service provider. Already 4 of our friends has decided to cancel their Telkom adsl as experienced the same disgusting service thanks for nothing Telkom
