Fast service when signing up... Try cancelling

I applied for a 2GB month-to-month contract, the application was VERY quick.
The day after I applied, I found better from another service provider (they were not charging a delivery fee).
I then sent an email to MWEB to cancel my application, the above mentioned person forwarded my email to another person and CCed me.
Now I am stuck with anMWEB box that was delivered and do not know what to do with it because I'm still waing for a response.
