Thank you to Lunga at Telkom Customer Service. Telkom has been billing me for the past year for a line that was cancelled in Jan 2012 already. Although I was a very difficult customer Lunga was very patient and professional in the handling of my complaint.
He has turned this terrible complaint into a compliment with the way he handled it.
My fees deducted for the past year will be paid back in full and also a refund on the costs of the debit order.
