In August I upgraded my existing cellphone with MTN. Received phone very promptly but after that everything went wrong. After numerous request in writing, e-mail and calls phone not activated, also billed for package not agreed to.

Finally returned phone after two weeks but still receiving billing for new contract.

No matter how many times I phoneme-mail or leave messages on their own complaints line up to now have had no response. Every time it is that I have upgraded, that I have a new contract, that my contract expired and more.

I have had to go to my bank to stop debit order as they want to deduct all different fees.

This has been going on for more than three months
