Can't afford to die - CellC debits R5k regardless

Cell C simply debited R 5, 486.09 a month after the contract was cancelled (no usage!) as the contract holder had died. No notice or explanation was given; still not after correspondence was sent. Absolutely amazed of sheer arrogance and lack of transparency.
