Non Delivery of Promotional Offe

I have attempted to resolve this issue with MTN directly with no success, I have a response by email with a reference number 7017505 dated 5/9/13 but have not heard back from them.
I was sold a new contract at the Northgate branch by Cedric. It was for a Samsung S3 mini
I was told that this new deal came with a Qhubeka cycle kit which was temporarily out of stock.
I signed this contract based on the Qhubeka cycle kit offering promised to me.
Cedric informed me that the cycle kit would be in stock the following week.
I have been communicating with Cedric on a regular basis since signing the contract (more than 2 months now) now and still no cycle kit.
On my last contact with him he told me that the cycle kit is now not unavailable but I can have an MTN cap!!
This is misleading advertising and I now demand that a cycle kit is provided to me or I will be taking this matter up with the Advertising Standards Authority.
