Deal gone bad

I took a contract with Altech Auto page Cellular, the contract says 3 months free then R119/month for a Hussein E5331 wifi router 21.6 on 2GB/month, since I took the contral because of the free for the 1st 3months but Altech billed me from 1st months and keep disconnecting the service, I went to the branch and complained and it gets fixed for a day or two then they disconnect it, I did the process countless times, phoned their sales department, customer care and emailed the contract as advised but still not fixed. this is clearly breach of contract.
