No internet service and staff Reds Mall clueless

After taking in 3G stick and updates they told me to uninstall Connector. Now CPU does not pick it up. Store says I am out of data, service center says I have data. Who is clueless???
I do not have internet on Galaxy Note II and 3G Stick. No one seems to know how to help me. Meantime I can not operate my business and not income!! This bad attitude and poor service is unacceptable. Think twice before signing up for cheap service and no service!!
Since Wednesday 24th July 2013 I only get reference numbers and no one can help. Must I keep on driving up and down as I have the time??? So far with all my contracts the service has been poor, think twice! Will Cell C ever wake up? I stay in Rooihuiskraal without internet now for 4 days!
Their consultants could really need some more training!!
