Cell C clearly dont want new business

I am in the process of switching to a new cellular service provider as my current one is overpriced.

Cell C seem to be offering the best deals at the best rates, as they fervently advertise on television, but after repeated attempts on their "interactive" website to retain my current number and 4 weeks of waiting, no consultant has contacted me yet.

If this is the way in which they provide service, I am reluctant to move my account to them.

All the good deals in the world don't justify providing bad service to potential customers - do these people want new customers or not?
