Pathetic service re billing and cancellation

Since having an ADSL line installed in February, I have had to spend at least half an hour every month on the phone with Telkom because of incorrect fees and subscriptions to services I do not and have never used. This often results in having to lodge a dispute, and having the line occasionally disconnected (for which they want to charge me R171). I have asked them to cancel the unwanted service at least 3 times but I am still being billed for it. Not only are they charging me for unnecessary services, but the actual service that I signed up for has never been accurately billed. I am moving to Afrihost (with whom I have a data account and have received nothing but amazing service) and will go out of my way to never speak to anyone remotely related to Telkom ever again. It's just not worth the anger they cause.
