I have been have intermittent connectivity on my lines for the past week. Been calling since Wednesday and logged a fault the same day. Spoke to other operators and they could not fix the error, seems my ADSL port is broken, It was not a fault with my ISP. Still waiting for technical support to come check the line. Thulane from Springs, was very helpful and patient and fixed the problem when other people did not. Good service and friendly. I am happy to see green lights on my modem, I am sure other people can relate. I am still a fan of Telkom despite what others say about them.
