Cell C
It is frustrating to call the HELP desk

I want to cancel a contract that I have with Cell C. The help desk keeps transferring me to a so called cancellations department but I end up holding on for over 15 minutes and it is VERY FRUSTRATING. They have given me an 084 143 number that has the same effect. Does anyone work at Cell C and does anyone actually do their job keeping the customers in mind. The only time someone actually calls back is when a complaint is logged on Hello Peter. Thank you Hello Peter, you service is awesome because you get other companies to call their clients back, something their complaints department NEVER does!!!
