Account still not rectified- Month 2!!

A month ago I had complained about poor service in terms of having my debit orders switched from ABSA to FNB, even after a call from the service consultant, this has still not happened. I request another follow up call, and I will not be paying this months fees, especially since this has been going on since December 2012!!! This service is despicable and in no way even possibly acceptable.
