Took contract out via internet. Received the phone on 5.12.2013. Phone was not working. Phoned 081180 the guy said: "I cant fixed it over the phone go to a branch" Got to branch in Montana-Lady refused to help me and said there is no proof that I got the phone from telkom she is busy I must come back when I have proof. Went back the next day with delivery letter. She did not have stock and told me to go to the shop in the kollonade. Got there no stock and they refuse to order one and call me back. Went to Hatfield cant give their stock to me. Cancelled the contract on the 07.12.2013. No one bothers to contact me to ask even why. No one has collected the phone and and they are still billing me!!! When I phone no one knows what is going on and they will follow up and get back to me.
