I am not happy with the responce that I got from cell c. Last week a lady called Ntombi called me to tell me about the findings, Ntombi apologised for the inconveneience caused and apologised for the incompetence of their staff for listing on ITC falsely. I then asked her if I was going to be compensated for being listed falsely and she said no I won't be compensated they will only send me an apology letter & I told her that was not good enough. She then told me that she'll escalate the matter to legal department, then Nelly from cell c called me yesterday to tell me that cell c can only compensate me with a 3 months free subscription, I told Nelly that I'm not happy with the decision Cell c took because I was listed for 2 years, couldn't open accounts I was forever declined because of them They did what they wanted without proper research and as a result I was blacklisted and had to fight what was not my battle because of their incompetence! They must do better than that, I told them that I can settle Samsung Galaxy note & they're saying they can't give me phone but can only give 3 months subcription. Please help.
