I went to the Woodland Blvd branch of MTN on Sat 18 Jan to open a contract for my son. We had all the paperwork required with us.

Firstly there are no seats to sit and do the customer service with the staff. It took just over an hour to perform what should have taken no more the 30 mins. The staff are interrupting each other asking questions and one person cant do something so my consultant has to go and assist the next guy and so this goes on the whole time.
Secondly we ask for the Talk100 that is advertised and they say sorry there are no Ipad available currently. How the can you run specials and not have stock? We stated that we need this phone by Sun 26 Jan as my son works on a farm in the Waterberg.
Thirdly there is no communication back to us about the availability of the phone, so on Sun 26 we go in and yes there now is a phone, but they forgot to do the RICA info the previous week so we now needed to spend another 1, 5 hrs trying to get this done.

Sorry this branch is doing MTN a great disservice wrt customer care.

If I had know this was going to happen I would have gone to opposition companies.
