No refund and they cant port for me

I have always paid my account by internet transfer - oddly enough they (Nashuamobile) debited my FNB account on the 26th Jan without my agreement. I had paid this account on the 25th Jan via my usual internet transfer.
Now, this mistake could be forgiven if they undertook to refund me as soon as i had notified them - given the fact that i no longer have a contract with them... no one from this company has cared to refund or respond to my requests.
Secondly - i successfully applied for number porting and according to their email communication i could port to vodacom on and from the 1st of January 2013 - now i have tried this several times with Vodacom but they are telling me its not possible since Nashua is still listing this number as contract on the system - again i have requested that they change this but they are not helping.
I have been a client to this company for over 5 years and i am glad to be leaving them
