DSL Line still down

I have logged 2 calls with Telkom, one they just closed without contacting me or providing any sort of feedback. The other I have to call them for daily, they can't tell me what is wrong, they can't tell me when it will be fixed their call center is useless, I am paying them for a service I cannot use!!!
