I've been dealing with mweb since the 23rd Oct 2013 as a new customer. Placed the order have an account but never received my router and did not benefit from the first 2 months being free and now i'm being charged for something i don't have. Called mweb on the 09 Jan, 15 Jan, 17 Jan 21 Jan and 22 Jan and still nothing.

Please can i cancel my account and debit order returned to me ASAP. If this is the service i'm receiving now, i would hate to think what will happen if i stay a customer.
