No feedback on issue

I hope that you respond to this. I am desperate for answers and I am not happy at all. I have an issue. ref num 4012003513 - I was approced to get an additional phone on my contract. I agreed, this was in December, and I still have not received it. I have emailed, no response, I have called, got a reference number and told someone will contact me, and nothing. why is it so hard for cell c to just help? please resolve this for me as soon as possible. as this is ridiculous.
