I trust that you are well and all the best for 2014.

I run a small carpet cleaning service and only advertise on google and host with you.

To my surprise I discovered that I did not receive about 119 emails (one of your guys eventually found them after many calls in December and they are sitting in the round cube mail box... that's how I know there are 119 emails) from my contact page since September last year. I have asked for a proper explanation as to why this happened and NOBODY gets back to me. My understanding is that you had server issues then and someone messed up by not redirecting my contact page emails. This problem is a huge opportunity loss for me as the spring and summer season is our busiest!!! I have asked several times how this happened and what can be done to prevent it from happening again. I need to get back to these 119 clients to apologise for not getting back to them and need a solid reason. How am I going to be compensated for this lost opportunity? What do I tell the 119 client? Up to this stage Afrihost has treated this very poorly and with no urgency. I cant get hold Darryl or his/her boss so hence the email to you...
