Manager blatantly ignores my calls

Pathetic, pathetic service. After pulling out all the stops to secure my contract renewal, the moment it was confirmed, Altech Autopage lost all interest in providing any more help. I was promised my new phone on Monday. 2 solid days of just trying to get a status update on the delivery. A salesperson who tells me only their manager can do it, paired with a manager who has not direct number and blatantly avoids taking my calls, or returning them.
